Artificial Plants not permitted

Please note that artificial plants may no longer be used from 2026 onwards (see 4.4.1.1 of the 2026 technical guidelines).

Inspection Fee

For our events, we will charge a small inspection fee of €105.00 due to the increasing amount of work involved in inspecting structures that do not require approval. Provided that the Technical Guidelines are observed in the design and implementation of the stand, single-storey stand constructions in exhibition halls do further not require the submission of drawings for clearance.

For events taking place in 2027 or later, the inspection fee will increase to 115.00 euros.
