This is how to find your way around the stand constructor portal:
Via Home you get to the individual trade fairs, where you will find the specifics on the respective trade fair, the construction and dismantling times and the traffic regulations.
In the menu General Information, you will find the data important to you about technical guidelines, ordering forms for power supply during dismantling; stand technology, special constructions etc.
Furthermore, you will find a list of the current service partners with internal and external service numbers from C for customs office to W for waste disposal.
How high am I allowed to build? Do we need construction and dismantling passes? You will find the answers to these or similar questions under the menu item Frequently asked questions.
However, should you still have any other questions: Call up the contact form, ask your question and send. We will answer you as soon as possible.
To ensure that only good ideas spread quickly, we do our best: with standards for hygiene and infection protection for all events at the Düsseldorf Exhibition Centre. #PROTaction For the implementation of our events, we have therefore drawn up supplementary guidelines in consultation with the authorities, which are valid until further notice. Due to the dynamic occurrence of infections, we ask you to inform yourself regularly about possible changes at this point.

Accreditation for set-up and dismantling is not required
Please note that stand construction registration is no longer necessary according to the current Corona Protection Ordinance NRW (as of 20.08.2021).
The following continues to apply: All trade fair participants (including stand construction and dismantling) must prove at daily checks that they have tested negative for Covid-19 or have been immunised (recovered, vaccinated) beforehand when entering the event grounds. Otherwise they will not be admitted.
At the entrance, in addition to an identification document, a certificate from the respective test provider confirming a negative test or official proof of complete vaccination or recovery must be shown:
Tested: A negative PCR or antigen rapid test must be no more than 48 hours old. This applies to all persons who have not been fully vaccinated or recovered. Only test results from official test centres will be accepted. Self-tests brought along will not be accepted.
Vaccinated: Proof of vaccination or vaccination certificate. Vaccination must have been completed for more than 14 days.
Recovered: Positive PCR test result. The test must have been carried out between 28 days and 6 months ago.
Proof of vaccination or testing must be carried as digital proof (Corona Warning app or CovPass app) or as a printout with QR code.
