You do not require special access passes during the setting-up and dismantling times.

In case of delay, Messe Düsseldorf cannot guarantee handling in due form, and time and/or the services may not be executable anymore.
In addition, any orders and changes or modifications received within 21 days of the commencement of build-up will be subject to a 35% surcharge. The same applies for services utilised but not ordered in advance. Services already rendered must be paid in full.

In this time the construction is possible day and night (24h). After 10 pm on the last construction day only application of decoration is permitted till the beginning of the event.
In all halls (except hall 17), the aisles must be cleared of stand construction materials and waste by 7 pm on 16th January.
* In Halls 15–17, the crane tracks will be in operation during the setup phase until 6 pm on Wednesday, 14th January. Only then can Messe Düsseldorf begin installing the suspended structures ordered for these halls.
Please help us to process your orders by keeping the hall aisles clear at all times and not storing any materials there, even in the evening and at night.
The planned completion date for the suspensions is Thursday, 15th January at 8 am. However, this date is not guaranteed, as the delivery of the exhibits is also dependent on weather conditions, among other things.

* The crane tracks will be back in operation for dismantling on 27th January at 12 noon , meaning that the complete dismantling of the rigging systems and suspensions must be completed by 27th January at 12 noon at the latest.

For the advanced installation it is necessary to make a written application. The application must be submitted no later than 21 days before the desired date construction. Please send it to the following E-Mail or Fax-number:

For using the advanced installation a fee of € 495,00 + VAT for each stand per day and additional a security guard has to be paid.
A 35% supplement will be charged for advanced set-up applications received less than 21 days before build-up time.
Please notice, that this is only significant at the time, when all final technical orders and plans for clearance of special structures were received, latest until the respective deadline.
